How To Save A Single Design On Canva App

Designs created in Canva can either be saved to your Plann Media Collections or directly on our Plann Workspace grid.

Any designs created using Canva within Plann will be saved to Plann (NOT saved to Canva)

Save Canva Designs to Plann Media Collections

1. On Plann Desktop, create a new Media Collection

2. Create a design by clicking on the '+' symbol to add media, then the 'CANVA' button as a media source (*see below)

3. You'll be taken directly to your account in Canva where you can edit your custom design. Once complete, select 'PUBLISH'

4. Your work will appear in your Plann Media Collection where you can create a caption & schedule to post to Instagram

Save Canva Designs to the Plann Workspace Grid

* You'll need an account with Canva to be able to access this feature

Have an account already? Great! Simply sign in on the Canva pop up in Plann using your Canva credentials and you'll be good to go. Whatever account you're signed into on the Canva website is the account that will show up in Plann.
